Onsite Nurse
There is no need for our Crew Members to search around town for medical attention; we have partnered with Johns Hopkins so they can find it onsite. Our caring physician assistant – reminiscent of the school nurse, just better – tends to anything that ails our crew.

Over 50 flags hang in our Commons, representing the nations of our incredibly diverse crew. We’re all bound by the unifying spirit of Coastal.
Coastal Corner Market
With our passion for good food evident in everything we do, there’s no way we’d leave our Crew Members hanging. Our market is open to crew members for convenient access to our staple items like fruits, veggies, milk and eggs.
Hall of Fame
Years of service are recognized here. We celebrate our Crew Members that have been with us for over 15 years. Our Hall of Fame is lined with personalized jerseys honoring our people who have made it happen.
