| Our Facilities
Coastal
Sunbelt merged its facilities with its sister company East Coast Fresh Cuts in
May of 2004. Our "state-of-the-art" 165,000 square foot facility is equipped with 26 dock doors, 19 of which are temperature
controlled. To insure the quality of our diverse fruits
and vegetables, we operate 5 temperature controlled coolers and
3 ripening areas. Our unique tomato line assists in sorting
tomatoes by color and ripeness and helps us deliver
product that meets our customers exacting specifications. All product
received by Coastal goes through a rigorous screening process
which includes visual inspections and random
testing.
Coastal
Sunbelt works along side the U.S. Government to insure we deliver
safe, fresh and wholesome product to our
customers. Coastal Sunbelt is HACCP CERTIFIED and we
are one of the first ten in the country to be QTV certified by the United States Department of Agriculture.
